Lisa Deguchi

Lisa Deguchi has been assisting her husband, Mike Deguchi, as his Executive Assistant since 2016. A retired elementary teacher, she brings strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to supporting Mike in his work with Life Planning for Families of Special Needs. Lisa plays a key role in helping him manage priorities and stay organized so he can best serve families. Outside of work, she is active in the community and enjoys spending time outdoors, playing pickleball, and being with her family. Lisa is a wife, mother of one, and proud grandmother of one.
